Your fleet, machine by machine.
Vehicles and generators weigh heavily on running costs, and are rarely looked at one by one. Knowing where that money goes is part of governing your risks.
What you receive
Where and how the money goes, for every vehicle and every generator. Not for an average.
What is failing or about to fail, named, dated and ranked. And what to decide, in which order, with what it represents.
- Fuel and actual consumption
- Distance and journeys
- Running hours and energy produced
- Servicing and what falls due
- Spending, machine by machine
The monthly rhythm
A setup, then a fixed appointment with your own figures.
Before the first month, we go back through your last twelve months and set the baseline for each machine. You receive a first full report. The rhythm then settles in.
- On the 1st
- A sheet arrives, one line per machine
- By the 5th
- You send it back, a photo will do
- Then
- A dated report, in a space reserved for you
- Each quarter
- A debrief in person
From about ten machines upwards. The setup is charged once, then the monthly follow-up based on their number. Both are stated before we begin. Term and notice are given at the scoping call.
Three rules
Machines, not people
The report speaks of consumption and servicing. Never of a driver.
One figure, measured at your site
What your fleet actually did, from your own records. Not a market average.
Your data stays yours
No named comparison with another company, in any document.
A scoping conversation is enough.
We count your machines together, and tell you what your fleet can teach you. Reply within 48 working hours.
