What this site collects.

1. No trackers

We have installed no analytics platform, no advertising pixel and no embedded social button. Typefaces are hosted on our own domain. No cookie is set: that is why you see no consent banner.

2. The contact form

Fields collected: name, organisation and role if you provide them, e-mail address, optional telephone, subject, and your message.

Purpose. To answer your enquiry and, if an exchange follows, to manage the relationship. Basis. Your voluntary submission of the form.

Recipients. Submissions are received by our host Netlify, then forwarded to BSM's professional mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace. No other disclosure: no resale, no commercial transfer, no mailing list.

Retention. As long as needed to handle the enquiry, then a maximum of three years for commercial follow-up.

Technical fallback. If automatic sending fails, the form opens your own e-mail client with the message pre-filled. The message then leaves from your own mailbox: no data passes through an intermediary.

3. Working documents

No working document should be sent through the form. Records relating to an engagement circulate only after a confidentiality agreement is signed. They remain your property and are returned or destroyed on simple request.

4. Technical logs

Like any host, Netlify keeps connection logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security purposes. They fall under its own policy and are not used by BSM.

5. Transfers outside Madagascar

Netlify and Google Workspace are established in the United States. Contact form data may therefore be processed outside Malagasy territory. We state this so you can take it into account before writing to us about a sensitive matter: in that case, prefer the telephone.

6. Applicable framework

BSM is a company incorporated under Malagasy law. Law no. 2014-038 of 9 January 2015 on the protection of personal data applies, under the supervision of the CMIL. The GDPR is superimposed as soon as a client, partner or supplier falls within the European Union.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to the data concerning you, its correction or deletion, and the end of any correspondence. One address is enough: contacts@bsmconseils.com. Reply within ten working days, without requiring justification.

8. Applications

Treated confidentially, never disclosed to third parties including a current employer. Files added to the talent pool are kept for two years, unless deletion is requested earlier.
